CURRICULUM VITAE (CV)
We do give you the option of submitting your CV via our website. You can do this either to apply for a specific job that has been advertised, or for consideration by our Recruitment Consultants for positions as they come up. Your master CV will not be stored on our website however a candidate’s approved template CV will be displayed in employers' registration area, with the candidate's personal data removed. A master copy will be stored on our secure in-house computer network accessible only by JARK Europe Recruitment Consultants & Management, working inside the European Union .
Your CV will be e-mailed directly to our Recruitment Consultants who will process your application and enter your details onto our in-house database. This database, including the information relating to you, can only be accessed by JARK Europe personnel only .
You have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of the information supplied by you that we hold. We have the right to charge a small fee for this service. If you would like to make a request for information, please contact Info@jark.eu You also have the right, via the same address, to ask JE to stop using your information.
Your CV will be sent to prospective employers but only where you give your consent. Such employers may be located both inside and outside the European Economic Area. The information we collect and how we use it

Following an assessment of your requirements for matching, your coded details with vacancies, to assist us in finding you a new position;
- To periodically keep you informed of our services;
- For compiling salary and other market surveys.
JE a Private Limited Company that is managed by its owners. There are no outside parties who may exert any influence or control over the running of the business. Should the ownership of JE change you will be notified and the implications for your information explained. Except in the case of complying with a legal or regulatory requirement, JE does not and will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent.
SEVERABILITY
If any competent legal jurisdiction was to deem that one or more of the provisions of these Terms of Use are invalid, that decision shall not invalidate or void the remaining Terms of Use. Any invalid provision shall be severable from these terms and substituted with another that is valid, legal and enforceable.
AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and statements (except for those for which liability is not excluded) between us, and constitute the entire agreement these Terms of Use:
(i) shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture or contract of employment between us; and
(ii) may not be changed or modified except by separate written agreement signed by both of us.
You may not assign, sub-license, sub-contract or otherwise transfer or deal in any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without our prior written consent between us relating to their subject matter.

GOVERNING LAW
English law, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based, shall govern these Terms of Use and your use of this site.
